Chris Le Fevre arrived in Canada from England in 1970 with a modest $50 dollars in his pocket and a goal to succeed. He has been at the helm of his own real estate and property development company for 30 years, moving from Vancouver to Victoria in the early 80’s. His relentless hands on approach has led him through many diverse projects. The award winning heritage conversions in Old Town Victoria showcase Chris’s passion for the old and new, using recycled materials in many elements of the designs. This is best expressed in the construction of Middle Beach Lodge in Tofino, an ocean front resort getaway that was built incorporating materials from the 1925 P & O ocean going liner the S.S. Rajputana.
